Job Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate I to join our team in Clarksville, AR. In this role, you will help receive, store, pick, pack, and ship products while ensuring accuracy and safety in the warehouse.

This position requires forklift operation, lifting up to 50 lbs., and standing or walking for extended periods throughout the shift.


Responsibilities

Receiving

  • Unload incoming shipments.
  • Inspect products for damage and verify quantities received.
  • Label and store materials in the correct warehouse locations.
  • Record inventory information and complete required documentation.
  • Perform quality checks when needed.


Shipping

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
  • Prepare shipments and print shipping labels.
  • Verify items before shipping.
  • Load products onto trucks.
  • Follow customer shipping and packaging requirements.
  • Use warehouse systems to process shipments.


Equipment Operation

  • Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Follow all safety procedures.


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of warehouse experience in receiving and shipping, or equivalent experience.
  • Current Forklift Certification required.
