You need to be able to stand for long periods of time and carry heavy boxes. Some positions also require you to operate a forklift. To overcome these, it's important to stay organized, follow established protocols, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and attention to detail can help minimize errors and streamline the receiving process, making day-to-day tasks more manageable.
