Position Summary
Assemble, test, package, and ship USC equipment while ensuring product quality, safe handling, and timely order completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble systems and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, air tools, and a drill press.

  • Package and ship orders accurately, including offshore documentation.

  • Perform final inspections to confirm proper operation and completeness.

  • Maintain SAP data: receive orders, process production orders, maintain BOMs/routings, and ship products.

  • Keep work areas clean and safe; support cycle counts and inventories.

  • Work with electrical voltages from 24V to 220V safely.

  • Answer phones professionally and support internal/external customers.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet quality and production goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills; attention to detail.

  • Basic math skills for production and inventory tasks.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift 30-50 lbs regularly.

  • Perform repetitive work with hands and tools.

  • Climb up to 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day.

  • Contact lenses prohibited due to safety requirements.
