Job description

We are seeking a Shipping Receiving Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities. To be a success you need to be flexible and take on varied tasks from receiving / shipping duties, running errands / pick-ups and deliveries of industrial equipment along with housekeeping tasks. Janitorial / Cleaning duties as time allows are a required part of the duties. At times the Shipping Receiving tasks will dominate the work day but there will be days where the Janitorial duties will take up more time.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material
  • Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
  • Arrange appropriate transportation of products
  • Janitorial Housekeeping Duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields helpful but we will train the right individual
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to be flexible and follow directions
