Marketing Equipment Shipping and Receiving Manager
Job Code CME-501 FLSA Status Exempt
Job Information - Reports To: General Manager Corporate Marketing Equipment
Work Schedule: Must be flexible

Summary/Objective: Buffalo Rock is an award-winning Pepsi and Keurig Dr Pepper bottler founded in Birmingham, AL more than 125 years ago. Buffalo Rock manages the best alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage portfolio in the country, which includes several beloved global and regional brands. The CME Shipping and Receiving Manager is a key member of the Corporate Marketing Equipment team responsible for providing leadership to the CME Shipping and Receiving Teams.
Essential Functions

• Lead and direct Shipping and Receiving employees in their daily functions.
• Order equipment from suppliers through the appropriate channels and receive the orders into the Maintenance Connection System when received.
• Ensure equipment models are kept at the correct par levels to ensure we have the equipment needed for demand but is not excessive in our inventory.
• Set productivity goals for the Shipping and Receiving associates and ensure they are meeting those requirements.
• Ensure training is given to all Shipping and Receiving associates to improve their knowledge and performance. Ensure assigned BRC training is completed as directed.
• Process the delivery and receipt of outside reman equipment from our outside suppliers timely to ensure we are moving equipment at a fast pace.
• Ensure invoices are processed correctly and timely.
• Ensure equipment is received into the system and shipped out utilizing the Maintenance Connection program.
• Ensure parts are transferred in and out in Maintenance Connection.
• Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures and safety guidelines are followed by team.
• Must be able to perform duties in the Maintenance Connection program as outlined.
• Communicate with Franchise Teams to address any issues they may have relative to the ordering/shipping or receiving of work orders. Work cohesively with them to utilize standard equipment when possible.
• Utilize reman equipment when possible. Confirm any new orders with GM CME prior to placing orders with suppliers.
• Ensure the Shipping and Receiving associates are proficient in their requirement of the Maintenance Program for their required duties.
• Ensure the Warehouse and outside grounds are organized, neat, clean, and labeled.
• May be required to work weekends and/or overtime if needed to meet customer demand.
• May be required to work outside of immediate department to meet production demands.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

• Must exhibit a high level of ethical and moral conduct while at work or in attendance of any off-site function during work hours or after work hours while representing the Buffalo Rock Company.
• Responsible for continuous self-improvement through the knowledge and use of all Buffalo Rock provided training, either web-based, in-house, or any other provided method. Must successfully complete assigned training curriculum, including but not limited to online and/or facilitated training.
