Come join the team at Le Mars Ace Hardware. A fast paced, friendly and family owned business. We are looking for a new team members to assist our customers on our sales floor.

We are seeking part time help. The hours we are looking to fill are:Monday-Friday 3:45 PM - 6:00 PMSaturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSunday 12:00 PM - 4:00 PMThe Sales Associate will assist in the receiving, stocking, pricing of all merchandise and help maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesInclude the following.

Other duties may be assigned.Customer Service:Provide a positive representation of Le Mars Ace HardwareProactively assist customers in solving problems.Greet customers entering and throughout the store. Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the store.Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.Ensure all pages and calls are answered promptly, courteously and effectively.Forward any customer complaint that cannot be handled to a member of management.Possess strong product knowledge and knowledge of store layout and location of products.Assist customers throughout the store with personal, customized service based on the premise of amazing every customer, every time.ExperienceFormal retail experience preferred.Physical DemandsStanding, walking, lifting (up to 50lbs) and climbing.Education/TraningHigh School or GED equivalent.
