Receiving Associate – Manufacturing Facility

We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Associate to support our growing operations.

Position Summary:

As a Receiving Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all incoming materials and components are accurately received, inspected, and documented. You’ll work closely with our production and quality control teams to maintain inventory integrity and support efficient manufacturing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect raw materials, parts, and supplies
  • Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Document discrepancies and communicate with procurement and quality teams
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely
  • Maintain accurate records in Navision our inventory management system
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of receiving or warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory software
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Forklift certification preferred
