Job Summary:Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs plumbing, gas systems, and equipment.

The Details:Position Type: Full-time Year-round

Start Dates: As soon as possible on next available check in date (approximately three weeks)

Pay: $22.50-$27.30Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
  • Installs & repairs fresh water, grey water, gas, drainage, collection, & sewer piping.
  • Plumbs and installs residential and commercial equipment.
  • Plumbs, installs, troubleshoots and repairs residential and commercial plumbing fixtures, water closets, lavatories and accompanying seats, washers, rings, and stems.
  • Plumbs, installs, troubleshoots & repairs steam lines and traps.
  • Plumbs, installs, repairs & troubleshoots water circulating systems.
  • Maintains safety and security of all job sites and work areas.
Qualifications
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • At least one year of experience in the plumbing field.
  • Must be able to sweat copper.
  • Knowledge and ability to work and maintain all plumbing equipment.
  • Able to install residential & commercial plumbing & gas equipment.
  • Able to identify, measure, thread, and join various pipes.
  • Able to install fresh water, grey water, gas drainage, collection & sewage piping systems.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb and work from a ladder up to 40 ft. above ground.
  • Ability to enter & work in crawl spaces, attics & manholes.
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
