Rebuild Mental Healthcare Pte. Ltd is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) for full-time remote positions based in Austin, Texas. Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, providing you with the tools needed to effectively engage with patients from the comfort of their own homes. As a fully remote team member, you will utilize a sophisticated telehealth platform to deliver therapy services and maintain seamless communication with colleagues, ensuring that all patient care is coordinated and holistic. Your work schedule will typically run from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate various patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth mental health assessments that identify patient needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices.
  • Utilize therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective counseling to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational classes and support groups, fostering a sense of community and shared learning for those dealing with similar mental health challenges.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to develop and implement coordinated care strategies.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support during urgent mental health situations, ensuring patients feel safe and supported.
  • Educate patients regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available clinical and community resources.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential electronic documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Actively engage in case consultations and team meetings to promote collaborative learning and improve service delivery.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health therapy to continually enhance treatment approaches and outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice services a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Our therapists will play a pivotal role in addressing these varying needs with sensitivity and expertise, creating individual treatment plans that resonate with patients from all backgrounds.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid Texas licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, recognized evidence-based treatment modalities, and various therapeutic techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively assess mental health needs and formulate actionable treatment plans.
  • Experience providing individual and group therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with patients and collaborate with team members.
  • Proficiency in navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software applications.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, sound judgment, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in an outpatient setting or telehealth services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with specific therapeutic approaches tailored to various populations, such as adolescents, families, or geriatric clients.
  • Experience providing crisis intervention and risk assessment in telehealth contexts.
Compensation and Benefits
