Work Hours: 8 am -5 am PST; Some flexibility due to 20 hours week w/ chance of hours increasing throughout the assignment.
Pay rate: $27-$28.50
Job Description
• Primary customer contact and coordinator for a fleet electrification project. Coordinates all projects with customers and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately.
• Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
• Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately. Coordinates project with external customers as well as internal cross-functional departments.
• Supports TE Team ~14 people, working towards achieving the goals and outcomes of Transportation Electrification Plan(s) that include planning, managing, and supporting the TE Load coming to the grid for residential and commercial customers that are electrifying their vehicles.
• Primary customer facing contact for Business EV Rebate program. This would include managing an outlook inbox, responding to emails, processing rebates, and mining and/or reviewing data.
Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within project management.
• Scheduling and calendar management, MS project experience, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Communication skills, very good at responding formally to customer email inquiries
