Pay:$20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Job description:

In this role you would be responsible for communicating with our corporate accounting office, verifying and submitting paperwork to the accounting department, handling the legal transfer of documents for the DMV, preparing and completing registration transactions and ensuring the proper completion and filing of deal documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Process titles and registrations for new and used vehicles in the state in which they will be titled
  • Process bank payoffs for trade-ins and purchases
  • Communicate with central accounting department via email, scanning, and shared docs
  • Submit all legal transfer work to the DMV
  • Preparing bank deposits and check scanning
  • Verify that funds have been collected and correct lien holder has been listed
  • Bill out dealer trades and wholesale deals
  • Manage submission and payment of Manufacturers rebates

Qualifications:

  • CVR/ automotive registry experience strongly recommended
  • Prior automotive industry experience preferred
  • Prioritizes assignments, and multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented and a "roll up your sleeves" attitude
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Able to pass background and drug screenings
