Your Role:

Centered on two core functions, this role focuses on onboarding new homeowners into the Abode portfolio and guaranteeing properties are completely launch-ready. Serving as the lead for homeowner onboarding in Park City, the ideal candidate will also support revenue setup and owner-related financial communications across the entire company.

Your Responsibilities:

Park City Homeowner Onboarding

  • Input profile information for new property owners and listings directly into PMS system.
  • Establish access to the owner portal and provide comprehensive platform training for each homeowner.
  • Configure payment software for every new account and verify functional operational readiness.
  • Gather and validate all necessary owner records, listing specifications, financial parameters, and property photography prior to launch.
  • Manage rental licensing setups and monitor ongoing renewal timelines for all Park City properties.
  • Maintain proactive, continuous updates with homeowners throughout onboarding so status remains clear at all times.
  • Log all onboarding milestones and interaction logs accurately

Owner Acquisition Support

Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Utilize OwnerPoint to identify target properties and homeowner contact information.
  • Research and build lists of prospective homeowners in key growth markets.
  • Monitor MLS activity and identify new listings that fit Abode's portfolio.
  • Maintain competitor tracking and management company intelligence.

Realtor Relationship Development

  • Maintain a database of high-value realtors in each market
  • Identify top-producing agents and luxury brokerages.
  • Research upcoming open houses and networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate open house attendance schedules

Sales Support

  • Assist with creating rental projections for prospective homeowners.
  • Gather competitive market data for presentations and proposals.

Marketing Coordination

  • Work with the Marketing department to identify properties and neighborhoods for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate direct mail lists and homeowner outreach initiatives.

Homeowner Financial Communications

  • Obtain and verify payment details for incoming property owners.
  • Establish and validate payment software configurations for each new owner prior to official launch.
  • Provide comprehensive support to homeowners regarding account configuration, portal navigation, and payment systems.
  • Direct complex inquiries regarding accounting, payouts, or financial statements to the designated internal departments.
  • Facilitate a seamless transition to the accounting and owner team upon the completion of onboarding.
  • Maintain rigorous and precise records regarding homeowner financial setup and account statuses.

Backup Owner Communication Support

  • Monitor owner communication channels on a daily basis.
  • Direct inquiries to the appropriate internal department and ensure all follow-up actions are thoroughly documented.
  • Provide rotating weekend and team coverage for the owner inbox, telephone inquiries, and maintenance scheduling.

Revenue Management Support

  • Partner with the Revenue Director to support revenue management initiatives across the portfolio
  • Assist with pricing/revenue system setup for new homes before launch
  • Prepare owner-facing reports and materials related to revenue and market performance
  • Help owners understand pricing strategies, booking trends, seasonal demand, and property performance
  • Support proactive owner communications around market conditions and portfolio performance
  • Assist with performance check-ins for newly onboarded owners
  • Support owner education initiatives like webinars, newsletters, and market updates
