Position Overview:

We’re seeking a personable, reliable, and detail-oriented Showing Assistant to support our lead agents by facilitating property tours for buyers. Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and conduct home showings for buyer clients

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged

  • Gather buyer feedback and relay it to the lead agent

  • Ensure properties are secured and presented professionally before and after each showing

  • Assist with driving routes and appointment planning for optimal efficiency
