We’re seeking a personable, reliable, and detail-oriented Showing Assistant to support our lead agents by facilitating property tours for buyers. Whether you're already licensed or exploring a future in real estate, this role offers direct industry exposure and growth potential in a fast-paced environment.

• Schedule and conduct home showings for buyer clients

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged

• Gather buyer feedback and relay it to the lead agent

• Ensure properties are secured and presented professionally before and after each showing

• Assist with driving routes and appointment planning for optimal efficiency

• Build rapport with clients while maintaining a professional, service-oriented demeanor

• Update CRM and showing logs with activity and notes

• Real estate license preferred but not required

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Punctual, organized, and able to manage a flexible schedule

• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed

• Technologically savvy (familiar with real estate apps, GPS, mobile communication)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Professional appearance and conduct
