We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, entrepreneurial individual to join our real estate office in our River Falls, Eau Claire, and Chippewa Falls, WI offices. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be given the opportunity to assist clients with listing and selling their homes and guiding them through the home search and purchase process. Real Estate is a challenging and exciting business and as a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be the key resource for your clients to make the most important sale or purchase of their life.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Be available to take clients on home tours and attend/host open houses
  • Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
  • Guide clients through the entire home buying and selling process as well as provide answers to questions about the mortgage and closing process

Qualifications:
  • Wisconsin Real Estate License
  • Past sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • A positive attitude, professional image and self-motivation
