About the Role
Weโ€™re a high performing State Farm agency in North Ridgeville, Ohio actively expanding โ€” and weโ€™re looking for a driven Account Manager to grow with us. This is a hybrid sales and service role where your income is genuinely uncapped and your effort directly determines your result.
Youโ€™ll manage an existing book of clients, round accounts, and write new business. If you like to hunt and want to be paid well for it, this is the platform.
What Youโ€™ll Do
โ€”ย  ย  Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines clients (auto, home, life)

โ€”ย  ย  Generate outbound calls and follow up on leads proactively
โ€”ย  ย  Identify and pursue rounding opportunities within existing accounts
โ€”ย  ย  Quote and bind new policies with accuracy and compliance
โ€”ย  ย  Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals
โ€”ย  ย  Collaborate with the agency owner and team on growth initiatives
What Weโ€™re Looking For
โ€”ย  ย  Ohio Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain before start)
โ€”ย  ย  Prior insurance sales or financial services experience preferred
โ€”ย  ย  Self-motivated with a competitive, hunter mentality
โ€”ย  ย  Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
โ€”ย  ย  Comfortable with goals, metrics, and accountability
โ€”ย  ย  Team player โ€” we win together here
Why Join Us
โ€”ย  ย  Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
โ€”ย  ย  Proven path โ€” we have the receipts on what top performers earn
โ€”ย  ย  Growing agency with real advancement opportunity
โ€”ย  ย  Mentorship from an experienced agency owner invested in your growth
โ€”ย  ย  Stable State Farm brand with strong name recognition and lead flow
โ€”ย  ย  Small team culture โ€” your contributions are visible and valued
โ€”ย  ย  North Ridgeville location โ€” convenient to Lorain and Cuyahoga counties
Think you can outwork the average? Submit your resume. Weโ€™re not looking for average โ€” weโ€™re looking for someone who wants to prove what they can earn when given the right platform.
