Job description

RealPage is the leading provider of real estate software solutions, and we’re always looking to connect with talented sales professionals who are eager to make an impact. As an Account Representative, you'll be responsible for both generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with current clients across a defined territory. We’re looking for individuals who are proactive, coachable, and motivated by results—people who thrive in a high-energy, supportive, and goal-oriented environment.

This position is a hybrid opportunity in our Richardson, Tx location and require in office availability 3 days a week.


What You’ll Do

New Business Development

  • Proactively prospect and generate new sales opportunities within a geographic territory
  • Qualify leads and move them through the full sales cycle using a consultative approach
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce

Account Management

  • Partner cross-functionally with implementation and support teams to ensure client success
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective RealPage clients
  • Build and maintain a strong internal network with multiple sales supporting resources  

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos in collaboration with Sales Engineers
  • Engage VP and C-suite decision-makers, navigating complex buying structures
  • Demonstrate ROI and business value of RealPage solutions to drive adoption
  • Operate effectively within a dynamic team selling environment

Who You Are

  • You have a 4-year degree in Business or related field, or 4+ years of relevant sales experience
  • You’ve worked in B2B field sales or inside sales for at least 1 year and exceeded quotas
  • You have experience selling complex, solution-based products and services
  • You are driven by results, enjoy consultative sales, and thrive in a structured sales process
  • You can confidently present to executive-level stakeholders and manage long sales cycles
  • You are highly organized, self-directed, and motivated by personal and team growth
  • You’re tech-comfortable, especially with tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms
  • Experience in real estate, multifamily housing, or PropTech is a plus

Salary and Benefits

This position pays between USD $28.84 - USD $39.66 /Hr., and we reasonably expect $100k - 130 OTE (on-target earnings), including commissions and incentives. Overall, incentive compensation is uncapped and paid per the applicable plan document(s).
