Familiarity with property management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and compliance standards like FAR or DoD regulations is typically required. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication are vital soft skills for managing records and coordinating with stakeholders. These skills ensure accurate property tracking, regulatory compliance, and efficient asset utilization within organizations.

Effective time management, leveraging property management software, and maintaining clear communication with tenants and contractors are key strategies to overcome these hurdles. Building strong relationships with service providers and staying updated on legal requirements also help in efficiently managing multiple properties and minimizing potential issues.
