Who You Are

You are a strong communicator who builds trust quickly and knows how to guide meaningful conversations. You're skilled at listening, asking the right questions, and understanding client needs in a thoughtful, consultative way. You bring experience working directly with customers over the phone and are comfortable owning conversations from start to finish. You take pride in delivering a high-quality experience and helping clients make important decisions with confidence.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for home buyers and sellers who have expressed interest through HomeLight
  • Handle inbound (warm) leads through both incoming and outbound follow-up calls — no cold calling required
  • Conduct one-on-one, consultative conversations to understand each client's home buying or selling needs
  • Build trust quickly and guide clients toward the most relevant HomeLight solutions
  • Provide a high-touch, personalized experience that makes clients feel confident in their next steps
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up thoughtfully to ensure a seamless and supportive client experience
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles (sales, client services, or similar)
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience handling inbound leads or consultative conversations over the phone
  • Ability to manage conversations with focus and depth (one client at a time)
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality over volume
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort using CRM systems and standard business tools
