What does a real property manager do?

A Real Property Manager oversees the operation, maintenance, and administration of real estate properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and profitable. Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, managing tenant relations, collecting rent, and ensuring compliance with property laws and regulations.
