Job description

Position Summary
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, leasing performance, financial management, resident relations, and maintenance coordination of the apartment community. This role ensures occupancy goals are met, the property is well-maintained, and residents receive exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property operations.
  • Oversee leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals.
  • Maintain positive resident relations and resolve concerns.
  • Supervise onsite staff and vendors.
  • Monitor budgets, rent collections, and property expenses.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure curb appeal standards are maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of property management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
