Job description

We’re hiring a licensed Georgia real estate agent who wants to work deals, not sit in meetings.

You’ll help buyers and sellers with move-up and downsizing transactions in Cumming, Canton, and the north Atlanta area. You’ll write and manage contracts, keep clients informed, and work with the managing broker on pricing, negotiations, and closings.

You need:

  • Active Georgia real estate license
  • Willingness to prospect and follow up
  • Comfort with contracts, deadlines, and straight talk

You get:

  • Broker support on pricing, compliance, and messy files
  • A small team, not a giant cubicle shop
  • Leads and training without a lot of extra fees piled on

If you’re licensed in Georgia and want to work with a hands-on broker, apply here or message Lisa Parkins.
