We're seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Listing Agent who enjoys helping homeowners understand their options and make informed decisions when selling their property. With leads and qualified appointments from motivated sellers provided, you'll be able to focus on building strong relationships, offering expert guidance, and successfully closing transactions.

In this role, you’ll help clients navigate both traditional home sales and alternative strategies, including acquisitions, assignments, novations, and other solutions when appropriate. You’ll also be part of a supportive, motivated team with ongoing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to strengthen your skills, build your expertise, and advance your real estate career.

Compensation:

$180,000+ at plan commission


Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through traditional listing options as well as alternative transaction strategies when they best fit the seller’s goals and circumstances.
  • Meet with homeowners to understand their objectives, assess their situation, and recommend the selling approach that best meets their needs.
  • Take part in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development designed to expand your real estate knowledge and enhance your sales abilities.
  • Manage your sales pipeline while providing exceptional service and support throughout every stage of the transaction.
  • Represent sellers throughout the listing and sales process, offering knowledgeable guidance, timely communication, and professional support.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients while developing strong, long-term relationships built on trust and service.

Qualifications:
  • Active Virginia Real Estate License is required.
  • Familiarity with creative real estate transaction strategies is a plus, along with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area.
  • Highly motivated, reliable, and capable of managing responsibilities and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and a strong commitment to client service.
