About the Role:
Stratton Group Keller Williams is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team.  This is your opportunity to play a vital behind-the-scenes role in a fast-paced real estate environment, keeping deals on track and clients thrilled from contract to close.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from executed contract through closing
  • Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and escrow officers
  • Track contract deadlines, contingency periods, and critical milestones to ensure timely closings
  • Prepare, review, and organize transaction documents for compliance and accuracy
  • Maintain and update transaction management software and CRM platforms
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and agents throughout the transaction process
  • Assist with scheduling inspections, appraisals, and final walkthroughs
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in real estate transactions, escrow, or a related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and closing processes is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with transaction management tools such as KW Command, Follow Up Boss, or similar platforms
  • Active Real Estate License is a plus but not required
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
