We are looking for a skilled, highly professional Transaction Coordinator that embodies the spirit of the company. This position would be responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of investment property and would serve as a subject matter expert/investment specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via phone, email, text.

Communicate with agents and title to ensure compliance.

Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale.

Utilize computer technology to research available properties, as well as customers.

Assist potential clients and agents with pre-listing and contract to close transactions concerning real estate.

Resolve conflicts that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property.

Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to the closing and beyond.
