Responsibilities
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Prepare and present complete and competitive insurance quotes within a timely fashion that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Round out accounts by offering and selling additional personal lines coverages or policies.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their objectives.
  • Develop quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Must possess a current Property & Casualty license
  • Team Player for a fast-paced environment that possesses empathy and persuasion
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Detailed, organized with great time management skills.
  • Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
  • Prior proven work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
  • Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
