Roles may vary from software development and data analysis to product management and IT support within real estate firms, PropTech startups, or brokerage firms.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Real Estate Technology position, and why are they important?

A career in Real Estate Technology requires a strong understanding of both real estate fundamentals and technology platforms, often supported by a degree in information technology, computer science, or real estate management. Proficiency in software such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), property management tools, and analytics platforms, as well as certifications in project management or IT, is highly valuable.
