Job description

Real Estate Administrative Assistant – Full time

The Dean Tubekis Team at Coldwell Banker is one of the most successful real estate teams in the northwest suburbs. We are seeking an administrative assistant with a positive, can do attitude! You will receive a bi-weekly salary. If you enjoy a balance of working independently and as part of a team, this opportunity will appeal to you.

Apply your real estate experience, attention to detail, data entry skills, ability and desire to learn, providing our team and clients with outstanding customer service. A variety of effective communications skills are required, including written, phone, and in-person.

Some responsibilities include:

· While this is primarily an office-based position, there will be some time away from the office for photography appointments, gathering information from clients for MLS, delivering brochures, keys, lockboxes, etc.

· Occasionally prepare listing documents using relevant real estate software programs.

· Transaction coordination from contract through closing, using our software system to track all tasks and deadlines. This requires interaction with brokers, attorneys, lenders, and clients.

Qualifications:

· Computer literate, with experience with Microsoft PC based programs and some customer relationship management software.

· Dependable, detail oriented, flexible, trustworthy and dedicated to providing superior customer service.
