Real Estate Sales Executive - Waikoloa, Hawaii

Real Estate Sales Executives are responsible for conducting presentations and selling vacation ownership products to qualified guests. Unlike many traditional real estate sales opportunities, HGV provides all guest opportunities through our marketing and resort operations, allowing Sales Executives to focus on delivering exceptional presentations, building rapport, and helping guests find vacation ownership solutions that meet their needs.

Compensation & BenefitsCompensation
  • Target annual earnings of $90,000, with the opportunity for significantly higher income based on performance.
  • Base pay of $16 per hour, plus bonuses as detailed in the compensation plan.
  • No cold-calling or lead generation-all clients are provided by HGV.
Licensing Support
  • Eligible Sales Executives may qualify for Real Estate Licensing reimbursement and/or sign-on bonuses.
  • Individuals not currently licensed in Hawaii may receive discounted pre-licensing education and licensing reimbursement to support the path toward certification.

Work Schedule
  • The Sales Office operates seven days a week.
  • Workdays begin between 7:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. and conclude upon completion of client interactions.
  • A two-week paid training program is provided.
  • Upon completion of training, Team Members are assigned a five-day schedule based on business needs.

  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with shown ability to close sales.
  •  Valid/Active Hawaii Real Estate License.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
  • Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

It would be advantageous to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous experience in the sale or marketing of similar luxury goods or services, or previous experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products.
