Administrative Assistant โ€“ Commercial Real Estate

We are seeking a professional, organized, and adaptable Administrative Assistant to support a growing commercial real estate/property management team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working with different personalities, and being an important part of the day-to-day operations of an office.

The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting multiple team members with different management and communication styles and knows how to shift priorities, stay organized, and keep things moving. Previous commercial real estate or property management experience is a plus!

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact by answering phones and greeting tenants, vendors, and visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to multiple members of the property management team.
  • Receive and process rent payments.
  • Maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and related documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate conference room reservations.
  • Create, assign, and follow up on maintenance work orders.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with filing, data entry, and general office organization.
  • Conduct occasional property walks to identify maintenance or janitorial needs and communicate items to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as needed.

  • Commercial real estate or property management experience is highly preferred.
