Portfolio managers analyze market trends, manage property acquisitions and sales, and develop strategies for property improvement and tenant management. They work to ensure that the portfolio aligns with the investor's financial goals and risk profile, regularly reviewing performance and making adjustments as needed. The role requires a strong understanding of real estate markets, financial analysis, and asset management.
