Join our team in a temporary role with the potential to grow into a full-time position as you work alongside and support our Operations Manager upon her return.

The Rodocker Group at John L. Scott Real Estate is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Real Estate Operations Manager to become an integral part of our growing team.
This is much more than an administrative position. You'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of a successful real estate business while helping create exceptional experiences for clients. You'll work closely with our leadership team to coordinate listings, execute innovative marketing strategies, support buyers and sellers, and keep every aspect of our business running smoothly.
