Responsibilities
• Assist with all real estate transactions from executed contract to closing
• Review contracts and addenda for compliance, accuracy, and deadlines
• Coordinate home inspections, appraisals, title work, CO Inspections, HOA resale packet, and mortgage payoffs
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys
• Maintain organized digital transaction files and update CRM systems
• Proactively troubleshoot issues and keep all parties informed
• Calculate commissions & prepare invoices
Qualifications
• Active New Jersey Real Estate License (preferred)
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Team-oriented with a flexible, positive attitude
• Tech-savvy (experience with BrightMLS and Google Workspace preferred)
