Many real estate managers at smaller companies take on additional roles by performing minor repair and maintenance services on their properties.

What does a real estate manager do?

A Real Estate Manager oversees the operation, maintenance, and leasing of property or real estate portfolios. Their responsibilities include negotiating leases, managing tenant relations, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring properties comply with relevant laws and regulations.
