Job description

Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent

Base Salary + Performance-Based Compensation

We are a growing commercial real estate investment and management company seeking a motivated, highly organized, and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent to manage leasing activity across our portfolio of shopping centers and commercial properties.

This is an in-house leasing position with strong company-generated lead flow, marketing support, and significant opportunity for professional and financial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage leasing prospects from initial inquiry through lease execution
  • Consistently follow up with leads and maintain an active leasing pipeline
  • Prospect for local, regional, and national tenants
  • Generate new leasing opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and relationships
  • Conduct property tours and communicate with prospective tenants
  • Negotiate LOIs and coordinate transactions with ownership and legal teams
  • Maintain an organized CRM and provide regular leasing pipeline updates
  • Develop relationships with tenant representatives and commercial brokers
  • Work directly with ownership on leasing strategy, deal terms, rents, and occupancy goals
Qualifications
  • Commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple active prospects
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and independently generating new business
  • Retail and shopping-center leasing experience is a strong plus
