This is not a sales job. This role is specifically the back-end support for a highly productive real estate business, but at times could step into a client-facing situation and will require someone experienced with luxury real estate and comfortable in social situations.

This role is not designed for someone focused on building an independent sales business.

Compensation:

$30 - $40 hourly

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do:

  • Data entry for client CRM – Cloze.
  • Create a farming mailing list and assist with creating targeted marketing campaigns and a digital newsletter.
  • Assist with client letters and mailings.
  • Prepare listing paperwork and enter deals and clients into Skyslope and maintain them during the duration of the transaction.
  • Assist with coordination and production of listing materials (i.e., creating brochures, ordering signage) with the in-house marketing team.
  • Create property website.
  • Manage listing launches (MLS, LINK input, disclosures, timelines).
  • Coordinate vendors, inspections, photography, walkthroughs, and closing details.
  • Manage timelines, deadlines, and proactive client communication.
  • Occasionally pick-up/ deliver closing documents and cover City of Boston Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Inspections.
  • Help organize open houses, final walkthroughs, and other client-focused events.
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency, respect, and attentiveness.

Qualifications:

What I Am Looking For:

  • Active Massachusetts real estate license (preferred).
  • 2+ years of real estate experience.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools ( i.e., Adobe, InDesign, Canva).
  • Strong understanding of listing and transaction flow, contracts, and disclosures.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Excellent communication, strong writing, and client service skills.
  • Comfortable being client-facing and in the field.
  • Have access to a car (occasionally for job-related tasks).
  • Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure.

Additional Position Details:

  • Knowledge and experience with Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • Hold an active Real Estate License.
  • Great written and verbal skills.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry.
  • Available Mon- Fri during business hours and on occasion evenings and/or weekends.
  • Compensation: $30-$40 per hour - based on experience.
  • 15–25 hours a week to start.
  • Bonus opportunities available based on performance and volume.
  • Opportunity to increase hours and grow professionally.
