Job description

Real Estate Finance Associate
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Our client, a well-regarded national law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3โ€“4 years of experience to join its Dallas office. This role will focus on matters involving real estate finance and middle-market commercial lending, offering strong mentorship and long-term growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

What Youโ€™ll Work On:

  • Advising clients on real estate finance transactions

  • Supporting middle-market commercial and industrial lending matters

  • Drafting and negotiating loan agreements and related financing documentation

  • Working on both syndicated and bilateral lending transactions

  • Communicating with clients and transaction parties throughout the deal lifecycle

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • 3โ€“4 years of experience in real estate finance and/or middle-market lending

  • Experience with syndicated or bilateral loan transactions is preferred but not required

  • Strong academic credentials

  • Excellent legal drafting and client communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced transactional environment
