This position is responsible for matching contracted properties with qualified investors, building strong buyer relationships, and helping transactions move successfully from contract to closing.

We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with investors, understands deal analysis, and knows how to create urgency while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Experience preferred, but will train the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, organize, and maintain an active cash-buyer database
• Develop relationships with investors, landlords, builders, and fix-and-flip buyers
• Evaluate properties, comparable sales, repair estimates, and investor profit potential
• Create professional property descriptions, investment summaries, and marketing materials
• Market available properties through email, text, phone, social media, and investor networks
• Respond promptly to buyer questions and coordinate property showings
• Present offers to management and negotiate assignment prices and transaction terms
• Verify proof of funds and help identify serious, qualified buyers
• Coordinate with acquisitions, sellers, buyers, title companies, and escrow officers
• Track buyer activity, offers, follow-ups, and transaction milestones in the company CRM
• Help resolve issues that could delay or prevent a transaction from closing
• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures and applicable Washington requirements
• Meet individual and team sales and closing goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale real estate, dispositions, acquisitions, sales, or investor relations
• Understanding of ARV, comparable sales, repair estimates, assignment fees, and investor formulas
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
• Able to manage multiple transactions and deadlines at the same time
• Organized, dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRMs, email marketing, texting platforms, and real estate research tools
• Existing investor or cash-buyer relationships are a plus
• Washington real estate knowledge is preferred but not required
• Real estate license is not required

What We Offer

•Hourly plus commission on every closed transaction
• No cap on earning potential
• Access to company-generated properties and investor leads
• Training, scripts, systems, and ongoing support
• Opportunity to help build and expand the company’s buyer network
• Growth opportunities within a developing real estate investment company
• Supportive, team-oriented work environment

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is persuasive without being pushy, follows up consistently, and understands that successful dispositions depend on trust, speed, accurate information, and strong investor relationships. You should be comfortable taking ownership of each opportunity and working closely with the team to get deals across the finish line.
