We're looking for innovative, people-first team members who understand that culture is critical in our effort to positively impact the world's transition to a carbon-free transportation future.

THE ROLE

Our Real Estate Acquisition Managers play a critical role in expanding Voltera's EV charging network by identifying, negotiating, and securing strategic real estate opportunities for future fast-charging hubs. If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and turning ambitious ideas into reality, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of transportation infrastructure.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Identify, source, negotiate, and execute strategic real estate opportunities that support Voltera's long-term growth and expansion of its EV charging network.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to develop and execute the company's real estate acquisition strategy.

  • Excels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and enjoys tackling complex challenges.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and a process-oriented approach to work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing priorities, and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region and occasionally to other regions as business needs require.
  • Must be located in one of the cities listed in the job posting.
