Five Star Home Solutions is a nationwide, top-tier, real estate investment company (iBuyer) specializing in acquiring properties via direct-to-seller and direct-to-agent marketing campaigns.ย Our marketing engine generates a consistent flow of highly motivated inbound direct-to-seller leads.ย Your responsibility will be to build rapport with sellers/homeowners, identify listing referral opportunities, and create positive customer experiences through strong communication and professionalism.ย You will also prospect and introduce real estate agents to our free investing partnership platform.ย Our investing platform enables licensed agents to partner with us on property flips, earn profit sharing on investment deals, and receive the listing on the โ€˜flipโ€™ side.ย You will build relationships with agents nationwide, educate agents on our partnership model, get agents signed up on our platform (free), and maintain ongoing relationships.ย Every agent you bring onto our platform becomes part of your long-term pipeline, creating recurring commission opportunities.ย This role is entirely phone-based, requiring strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build rapport quickly with people over the phone.ย ย 


We are expanding rapidly and looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Real Estate Specialist to help grow our agent partnership platform while also working inbound seller opportunities from our marketing campaigns.ย This is an elite-level opportunity for someone who thrives on communication, relationship-building, sales, and real estate.ย If you are ambitious, highly driven, love talking to people, and you are seeking a long-term income opportunity with upside earning potential while working from home, we want to speak with you!ย ย 


The ideal DISC style is a High D / Mid-High I / Mid-High S / Low C.ย This role is ideal for someone who is driven, takes initiative, customer service oriented, has patience, is an active listener, and requires minimal hand-holding. This person should be able to work independently and work aggressively to connect with our inbound seller leads and real estate agents.ย 

Compensation:

$36,000 yearly + Commission


Responsibilities:
  • Engage with warm inbound seller leads
  • Conduct property research and high-quality discovery conversations to understand seller motivation, timeline, and property condition
  • Build trust and rapport with homeowners through effective communication and active listening
  • Evaluate each opportunity and determine an optimal sales solution
  • Converting seller opportunities into listing referrals
  • Explain our investment partnership platform to licensed agents
  • Sign up agents on our platform
  • Follow up and nurture long-term agent relationships
  • Making outbound calls during downtime to expand agent partnerships nationwide
  • Manage and track all activity within a CRM system
  • Maintain a high level of daily call volume and pipeline activity


Compensation Structure

  • Base Salary, $36,000/yr
  • Commission opportunities
  • Upside earning potential


Expected Earnings:

  • $60,000-$80,000 annually for strong performers
  • $80,000+ annually for top-tier performers
