Our team supports a diversified group of family businesses while maintaining a focus on creating exceptional customer service, sustainable growth, and positive business environments and culture.Job DescriptionPosition SummaryHolden Conner is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal & Legal Operations Manager to support the company’s legal, real estate, corporate governance, and business operations.This position will work closely with Legal Counsel, executive leadership, internal teams, outside counsel, title companies, lenders, brokers, accountants, and other professional partners. This person should be comfortable working independently, communicating with executives and outside professionals, identifying what needs to happen next, and following matters through to completion.Priority will be given to candidates with:Real estate closing and transaction experience. Corporate governance and entity maintenance experience. Commercial contract and lease administration experience. The ability to independently coordinate with internal teams and outside professionals.
