POSITION SUMMARY

Working directly with the Development and Construction team, you will serve as the coordination hub between ownership and the project team by:

  • Coordinating multiple industrial development projects simultaneously.
  • Managing project documentation from due diligence through project closeout.
  • Coordinating meetings with internal investment team, architects, engineers, contractors, municipalities, utility companies, lenders, consultants, and ownership.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, maintaining action item logs, and ensuring commitments are completed.
  • Tracking schedules, budgets, permitting milestones, contracts, insurance certificates, consultant agreements, invoices, pay applications, and project documentation.
  • Supporting due diligence, entitlement, design, construction, and closeout activities.
  • Preparing executive reports and maintaining accurate project records.
  • Coordinating owner walk-throughs, punch lists, inspections, and turnover activities.
  • Following up relentlessly until issues are resolved.
  • Helping leadership stay focused by anticipating needs before they become problems.

Required

  • 5+ years supporting commercial development, construction, or institutional real estate executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Procore, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, or similar is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred

Experience supporting commercial real estate development, industrial construction, owner's representation, project management, architecture, engineering, or institutional real estate investment.
