Location: Boca Raton, FL
Schedule: Part-Time | 20-25 hours per week, including weekends, WITH POTENTIAL to go full-time

Active Florida Real Estate License
We are seeking a reliable, organized, professional, and proactive Licensed Real Estate Assistant to support a busy real estate professional/team in Boca Raton.
This is a hands-on role combining administrative, marketing, and client-facing responsibilities. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, adapting to a changing real estate schedule, and hosting open houses without another agent present.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Assist with day-to-day real estate operations and administrative tasks
โ€ข Coordinate showings, inspections, appraisals, closings, and appointments
โ€ข Communicate professionally with clients, agents, vendors, and title companies
โ€ข Assist with listings, contracts, disclosures, transaction files, and MLS-related tasks
โ€ข Maintain organized electronic files, client databases, and follow-up systems
โ€ข Follow up with leads, clients, prospective buyers, and other agents
โ€ข Independently host and manage open houses
โ€ข Assist with property showings and other client-facing responsibilities
