We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home-buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Compensation:

$75,000+ at plan commission


Responsibilities:
  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
  • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
  • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
  • Successfully close an average of 2+ sales per month during a calendar year
  • Must consistently utilize our proven systems and tools (provided by the company) to expand your career
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and check-ins with your mentor agent
  • Complete assigned training specific to the position
  • Take part in team activities and events sponsored by the company
  • Perform data entry into databases, including CRM programs, data spreadsheets, etc
  • Follow the lead protocol as established by leadership at The Real Estate Center

Qualifications:
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
  • Current Wisconsin Real Estate License (qualified candidate may be in the process of obtaining a license)
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
  • Personable with outstanding customer service skills that exceed expectations and keep clients not only satisfied but happy
  • Must possess outstanding listening skills!
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with multi-tasking and creativity
  • Demonstrated proficiency with technology and understanding of Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and use of G-Drive
  • Must be willing to work, including some weekends and evenings
