We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Marketing Representative / Business Development Specialist to help expand our presence throughout the Nashville market. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys networking, building partnerships, generating leads, and representing a respected service-based company in the community.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, realtors, and other referral partners.
• Conduct daily in-person visits to referral sources throughout the service area.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, chamber meetings, and community events.
• Deliver marketing materials and company information to prospective referral partners.
• Generate, track, and manage new business opportunities.
• Follow up with existing referral partners to strengthen and maintain relationships.
• Assist with social media content, customer reviews, and community engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, contacts, and lead generation efforts.
• Represent the company professionally while upholding our reputation for exceptional service and quality.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
