 Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Accountability:
  • Build and develop the Sales Team to support the Market, encompassing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new Sales Agents, including Licensed Agents, Business Brokers, and other key associates.
  • Provide daily oversight and training for professional Real Estate Agents in the Market.
  • Set and monitor Sales goals for the market, including Gross Sales Volume, GCI Goals, Individual Sales Agent Goals, and AUM goals with measurable metrics.
  • Actively manage and monitor the Sales Department Operating Budget for the Market.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all Sales aspects.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Investor Account Manager and/or Market Director to drive new business.
  • Drive real estate inventory in the Market for Sale, Acquisitions, Lease, and Management.
  • Develop a training program for Sales team software, including Dotloop, Flex/MLS, Crexi, AppFolio, and LeadSimple.
  • Assist the Market Director in implementing Operational Policies and Procedures.
  • Aid the Market Director in the continuous development of the Sales Structure in the Market.
  • Maintain current business and information in Sales software.
  • Plan, execute, and attend networking events on behalf of Auben Realty in the Market.

    • Extensive subject matter expertise in local, state, and national industry trends and standards.
    • Teacher mentality to develop onboarding, training, and continuing education programs for the Auben Realty Sales Team.
    • Direct and urgent communication to ensure exceptional customer service.
    • Analytical skills to monitor and drive the financial performance of Auben Realty Sales in the Market, aiming to increase revenue and manage expenses.

  • Proven track record in leadership and successful sales leadership within the real estate world.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with industry-standard software (e.g., AppFolio).
  • Integrity and a commitment to excellence, with a strong reputation in the industry.
  • Ability to work independently and within teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Brokerage License.
