Commercial Real Estate Associate
Location: New York, NY, hybrid
Experience: 3–6 Years

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its New York office. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border real estate transactions alongside a nationally recognized team representing institutional investors, developers, lenders, and investment funds.

What You'll Work On:

  • Advising clients on commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
  • Representing lenders and borrowers in construction and permanent financing transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements and entity formation documents
  • Supporting portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, REIT transactions, and real estate fund matters
  • Structuring equity joint venture investments and complex ownership arrangements
  • Handling transactions involving office, industrial, retail, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use assets

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
  • Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate finance
  • Experience with joint ventures, entity structuring, and equity investments
