Engage in exclusive lead follow-up training, mastering best practices across all lead distribution platforms to optimize conversion rates. Additionally, benefit from our comprehensive weekly REV UP! training program, tailored to bring new licensees up to speed and propel experienced agents to new heights. Recognizing that business development and lead generation are pivotal challenges for newer agents, we are dedicated to fostering success in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is coachable, responsive, and ready to transform opportunities into successful transactions.
