Join our top-producing Maryland real estate team! We are seeking an ambitious, client-focused Buyer's Agent to guide clients through the home-buying process. We provide the administrative support, mentorship, and high-quality lead flow you need to close deals.
The Opportunity

What You’ll Do
  • Manage Leads: Follow up with inbound buyer leads and nurture relationships.
  • Consult & Show: Guide buyers through needs assessments, property tours, and open houses.
  • Negotiate & Close: Write and negotiate offers, manage transactions, and partner with escrow/title/lender.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing coaching/script practice sessions.
What You Need to Succeed
  • License: Active and unrestricted Maryland Real Estate License (or ability to transfer).
