Job description

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Mid to Senior Associate/Junior Partner) to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, with exposure to the development of a variety of product types.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and support on complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal documents related to commercial real estate.
  • Advise clients on zoning, land use, and environmental regulations affecting commercial real estate.
Qualifications
  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Virginia State Bar license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and property laws.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
